Refund Policy

The clean high-res file is a digital product delivered to you instantly after purchase.

Change of mind

Because the file is delivered immediately and can be downloaded straight away, we generally can't offer refunds for change of mind once you've unlocked and received it.

If something's wrong

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply. If the file is faulty — for example it doesn't download, arrives corrupted, or isn't what was described — contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. We'd rather make it right than leave you with a broken file.

Email hello@designmyink.ai with the email address you used and a short description of the problem.

Free designs & codes

Designs claimed free, or unlocked with a share-code, are provided at no charge and have no cash value, so refunds don't apply to them.
