Designs are concepts, not stencils

Every design DesignMyInk creates is an AI-generated concept to inspire your idea and brief a professional tattoo artist. It is not a finished, tattoo-ready stencil. Your artist will adapt and finalise the design for your body, placement, size and the realities of skin and ink.

No guarantee of uniqueness or suitability

AI models are trained on large datasets and can produce images that resemble existing artwork, symbols or styles. We don't guarantee that a generated design is original, unique, or free of resemblance to other works or trademarks, and we don't guarantee it's suitable for tattooing. Please review your design — and check for any cultural, trademark or copyright concerns — before using it.

Tattooing carries risks

Getting tattooed is a permanent procedure with health and safety risks. Always use a licensed, professional tattoo artist and follow their advice and your local health regulations. DesignMyInk does not provide tattooing, medical or safety advice, and is not responsible for any tattoo you choose to get or its outcome.

Your decisions are your own

Decisions about whether, what and where to tattoo are yours, made together with your artist. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignMyInk is not liable for those decisions or their results. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
